CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully request that you advise us of your cancellation with a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice. This provides us with the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient who may need to see a psychologist.

Our psychologist is committed to being available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not arrive for their appointment or cancels without sufficient notice, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen. 

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the full session fee. 100% of the full session fee is charged if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment.

Please note, cancellation fees are not claimable through Medicare or any health funds.

We would also appreciate you phoning to advise if you are running late for your appointment.
