Owing to many late arrivals, late changes, late cancellations, and no shows, we have implemented a beauty appointment cancellation policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to make changes or cancel your appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully request that you advise us of your changes or cancellation the business day before your appointment. This provides us with the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.
Myra is committed to being available for your needs and the needs of all her clients. When a client does not arrive for their appointment, changes their treatments at the last minute or cancels without sufficient notice, another client loses the opportunity to be pampered.
There is a fee of $30 if you cancel the day of your appointment or if you do not attend your appointment. This fee is to be paid prior to making your next booking with Myra.
If you wish to change your treatment on the day, you may do so but the value of the new treatment must at least match the old treatment.
We would also appreciate you phoning to advise if you are running late for your appointment.
