We understand this is a very uncertain time for many people. We would appreciate your patience with the staff as we navigate this new process.
Here is a quick update from The Hub team to outline what we are doing to help you at this time.
SCRIPT REQUESTS

Prescription Requests - 5 days notice is required to call and book an appointment.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your medication and our staff cannot ensure same day demand.

Doctors require an appointment for all script requests as they have a duty of care to check in on your health and any lifestyle changes that may impact your medication.

Please check your scripts. If you take daily medication please call us BEFORE you run out. Calling us when you have one-week supply is ideal.
APPOINTMENTS

When booking an appointment, you will be asked if you have ANY flu like symptoms. This is to prevent ANYONE with a respiratory illness entering the practice. We are being quite strict with this in order to protect you and our staff.

Please notify staff prior to your appointment if you have been to a hot spot or overseas in the last 14 days.

Please notify staff if you are not fully vaccinated as we will ask you to wait in your car on arrival and the consultation will start over the phone.

You have to wear a mask on arrival.
